In 2023, Maître Fatma Bouaicha founded a deliberately small firm, so that every client receives quick, precise answers to their questions. Availability and responsiveness guide the handling of every case.
Our commitments
Our mission in legal advice and litigation
Whether you need advice or are facing a dispute, the firm supports you at every stage: it explains your rights and the options open to you, then assists you before the courts when the dispute goes to court. Its work covers in particular business and contract law, family and personal status law, and litigation and court proceedings.
Every case has its own story; the method stays the same: listen, analyse, act.
Our motto
Guidance and commitment
Guidance
Far more than a service of advice, help and assistance, our approach is one of guidance: listening, understanding, backing, supporting and comforting. Being there, because every matter, every dispute, every lawsuit is, for us, an experience we live through together.
Commitment
For us, there are no cases we defend, only causes we are committed to. And beyond the legal aspects, it is a moral and human commitment that we make, for every cause.
